Common Space Association promoting Universal Design was founded in year 2008 in Warsaw. Our mission is to create awareness and expand the public's knowledge in Universal Design.
As life expectancy rises and modern medicine has increased the survival rate of those with significant injuries, illnesses and birth defects, there is a growing interest in universal design. In 40 years time there will be 400 mln people aged over 80.
